What services does CarrierSoft offer?

A: At CarrierSoft, we offer a full range of e-commerce services including; custom web design, customer resource management (CRM) software, marketing, lead generation, as well as email, and industry specific consulting.

Where does CarrierSoft get their leads from?

A: We get our leads from our lead generating sites such as ShipCoasttoCoast.com. At these sites, we ONLY generate leads for people that have requested information about moving their vehicle. We do not sell real estate leads, moving company leads, or any other type of lead. In order to ensure this our internet ads specifically target people searching for “auto transport” or “ship my car” which means people only come to our lead generation websites if they are searching for a car moving company.

How many brokers receive each lead?

A: Each customer quote request that we process is sent to 10 auto brokers and no more. We internally monitor the complete lead path from generation to sale so our leads are not resold which would ‘water them down’ and make them less valuable.

What lead packages does CarrierSoft currently offer?

A: We offer several packages of leads per month: begining at 500 and moving up in 250 leads per month increments currently up to 2,500 or higher depending on seasonal flow.

How much do I pay per lead?

A: CarrierSofts lead pricing will vary with the season and the actual price per lead will be indicated on your invoice. If CarrierSoft cannot generate the guaranteed number of leads, we will refund you the difference or if CarrierSoft provides extra leads in a month (as is the usually the case) you keep them for free.

When is my leads payment due?

A: We require payments for leads in advance, due by the 1st of each month, and prorate our fees for late starts or early termination within a month. You are free to adjust your leads package on a monthly basis and all leads contracts are month to month. We can be this flexible in our terms because we simply do not have customers leave us, and when they have, they usually come back.

What form of payment does CarrierSoft accept for leads?

A: We accept checks by fax to (866) 906-0795 or by credit card as long as we have a signed authorization form in our possession before any charges are to be made.

What is the CarrierSoft policy on Duplicate or Bogus Leads?

A: We consider a bogus lead a lead where you are not able to email or call due to “bogus” data entered by customer. In this case, we will refund/credit you accordingly for these bogus leads. We monitor our sites daily to track duplicated data entered, which means you will hardly ever see a duplicate lead come into your system. On the rare occasion that you receive a duplicate lead, we will of course refund/credit you accordingly.

What are Carriersofts' hours of operation?

A: We are in the office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (PST). To reach us on weekends or after hours please email us at sales@carriersoft.com. We often check our email on the weekends and can reply via email to any questions. You may also call our main number and leave a message in the emergency notification box and we will be notified immedeatly.
